About Jay D. Adkisson

 

Jay D. Adkisson is an attorney and partner of Riser Adkisson LLP, with his offices in the Las Vegas, Nevada, and Newport Beach, California areas. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas, and in various federal U.S. District Courts and U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal in those states, and in the U.S. Supreme Court.

 

Jay has frequently been involved in litigation involving charging orders nationwide. He has also frequently lectured on the topic of Charging Orders to a large number of groups, including to the American Bar Association's Section on Business Law, in which he has been active.
